Abstract:
Use of Biochar in Live Streams and Lakes on Mine, Municipal and Private Lands
Acer Environmental, LLC. has been conducting studies with biochar on live streams and lakes to remove contaminants from water and stop algal blooms. As part of this discussion we will discuss how biochar was applied and the results of our studies. Then we discuss potential new ways to apply biochar and potential enhancements.
